The river Allaine has given its name to our single malt whisky. 

The Allaine whiskey is slowly distilled and cleanly separated - so that it already meets a high quality without being stored in barrels.

With an exclusive malt mixture and storage in Swiss Schuler barrels, a special whiskey develops with notes of nuts, raisins and dark caramel. Some whiskeys are transferred to Sauternes barrels as double-wood after a few years and continue to mature there.
